CHEMICAL DESCRIPTION
Sodium carboxymethyl cellulose is white or yellowish powder that is odorless, tasteless and non-toxic. It has high hygroscopicity and is soluble in water to form thick liquid. It is a polyanionic electrolyte and is not fermented. It has good heat-stability, resistance to salt and film-forming characteristics. It is a strong emulsifier for fatty and oil.
Applications:
The product is widely used in the industry of oil field darilling, textile, daily chemicals, building materials,ceramals, food and medicine as thickener, emulsifier, adhesive, excipient, protective colloid, etc. They CMC for Food, toothpaste, petroleum industry, drilling fluid, Pharmaceutical industry, welding rod, ceramic industry, detergent, painting, paper making and other industries
