1.  Specification:

1) Content of Chloride (CL%): 36-40%
2)Viscosity(Mpa·S): 200-400mpa.s(Viscosity refers to the value tested with rotaryviscosimeter of the product in 20% toluene solution in 25°C)
3)Appearance: yellowish or white granular
4)Solution:transparent
5)Dry film mode:air color/transparent/soft/thermoplastic resin
6) Softening point: around 70°C

1) Diffluent solvent:

Dutrex——–toluene/xylene
Aliphatic hydrocarbon——–cyclohexane/methyl cyclohexane/ethyl cyclohexane
Ketone——–MEK/MIBK
Esters———ethyl acetate/butyl acetate/n-propyl acetate

2)Semisoluble solvent:(Semisoluble solvent can be thinner)

Alcohol——methyl alcohol/ethyl alcohol/butyl alcohol
Alkane——-ethane/heptane

3.  Properties and application

Chlorinated Polypropylene (CPP) is resin made by polypropylene through modification.The range of Chloride content is between 36-40%,so the compatibility is good with the solvent, and the low-temperature performance is good as well.This type CPP can be dissolved in mix solvent,such as ethyl ester/MEK etc.,it is compliant product that use in the environmental protection ink and coating production.
